This mobile application was built so that you can count your daily dhikr, set your own alerts and schedule, and follow your history. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when you use our application.
Your dhikr, your dhikr sets, your targets, your alerts, your reminders, your count records, your timing data, your badges and your app settings are stored only in your device's own local database. This content is never sent to our servers, cannot be viewed by us and is not shared with third parties. The application has no account creation, sign-in or subscription; your data is not linked to any account.
From the history screen you can delete a single record or an entire day at any time. When you remove the application from your device, all of this local data is deleted with it.
To improve the application we use Google Firebase services: Firebase Analytics for usage statistics, Firebase Crashlytics for detecting errors, and Firebase Remote Config so that some in-app settings can be updated remotely.
Within this scope we process only anonymous events about which features are used (for example completing a round, setting a reminder, earning a badge), together with technical information such as device model, operating system version, application version and device or advertising identifiers. If the application closes unexpectedly, the technical details of the error are reported.
Your dhikr texts, their transliterations and meanings, the names you give your dhikr and sets, and any free text you type into the application are never included in these reports. For dhikr added from the ready-made library only a content-free identifier key is sent; for dhikr you write yourself, a single fixed label that draws no distinction between them. Information such as how many dhikr or sets you have created is reported as a range (for example "3-5", "50+") rather than an exact number. Because religious content counts as sensitive data, this rule is applied without exception.
The application uses the notification permission to show reminders, the vibration permission to give count alerts, internet access to load ads and remote configuration, and the relevant system permission to restore your reminders after your device restarts. The notification permission is optional; if you do not grant it, only reminders stop working and every other feature of the application remains available.
Sensitive personal data such as location, contacts, microphone, camera, gallery, storage and calendar is never accessed.
Our application is offered with advertising support and uses Google AdMob advertising services. Additional advertising providers may be integrated in the future. These third-party advertising networks may collect certain technical data such as device identifiers, advertising IDs or cookies in order to personalise and optimise ads.
The data collection, processing and privacy practices of advertising providers are entirely subject to the privacy policies of those third-party companies. We have no direct control over the data collected by these external providers.
Users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent screen through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) when they first open the application. Your choice governs both the personalisation of ads and the collection of usage statistics; as long as you do not give consent, the data concerned is not processed.
You can change your preference at any time from within the application under Settings → About → Privacy Settings. You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads from your device settings.
Our application is suitable for children and users of every age, and contains no +18 (adult) content whatsoever.
